Web design terms
- The design process takes up to 21 days.
- It is your responsibility to provide any and all materials to be used in your design in due time.
- The fee includes up to 25 pages of content. Any additional pages will be charged for separately.
- A non-refundable deposit is payable in advance. The balance is payable upon signing off work/90 days.
- All designs will be hosted on one of our servers until work is paid for in full.
- Copyright and ownership will only be transferred (regardless of trademarks used) once work is paid for in full.
- All extras will be charged for separately. Stock photos are payable in full before they will be used. You may provide your own stock photos.
- Professional graphic design is excluded from all standard designs and will be charged per hour. You may provide your own artwork.
- Shopping carts: It is your responsibility to add products to your catalog.
- Payment processors: Subject to availability of shopping cart plugins.
We will be closed for appointments and orders from 19 October 2012 to 10 November 2012. Our workshop will also be closed.
