This service is SEACOM based. The SEACOM cable is not under the control of Delitech. Service interruptions occur from time to time. Line and plan speed must match or the service will be restricted to the lower speed of the two. All speeds are theoretical estimates only.
Cancellations are subject to a 30 day notice period. All fees exclude Telkom line rentals. Self-installation or contact us to make an appointment (East Rand/Pretoria only).
You need an ADSL modem/router (if you are in the East Rand/Pretoria you can order a modem/router from us) and an ADSL line from Telkom. Not all exchanges support ADSL so this service may not be available to you.
