This is the domain policy as applicable to the hosting services provided by Dewald P. Montgomery trading as Delitech I.T. Solutions ("we, us, our").

• All domain name registrations are subject to availability. Domain names are registered on a first come first served basis. Use a WHOIS tool for your preferred domain type to check availability. WHOIS information for some domain names may be delayed or outdated. It is possible for a domain name to appear to be available for registration while it is no longer the case.
• You must provide full and valid personal and/or business contact details for purposes of domain name registration. No anonymous registrations will be allowed. This information will appear on the WHOIS record for your domain name. A fee of R50 will be charged to update incorrect WHOIS details.
• No domain name will be registered/renewed until payment of the applicable fee is received in full. A two hour window apply during which 3rd parties may still be able to register your preferred domain name with another service provider. We will not be liable to you if your domain name becomes unavailable for registration during this time.
• No refunds will be given for domains registered/renewed successfully. If you have already paid us for registration and your domain name becomes unavailable for registration, we will refund you in full.
• Domain name registration/renewal is subject to the applicable domain name registry's rules. It is your responsibility to review these rules.
• We may refuse to register, renew, transfer or host any domain name.
• We will not register any 3rd party trademarks or domain names similar to any 3rd party trademarks. We will investigate notices of trademark infringement. Should we agree with any such notice, we may suspend your domain name pending further action by the trademark owner. Any domain name dispute shall be between you and the trademark owner directly. We are not liable for your domain name. Legal notices (including notices of trademark infringement) may be sent to legal@delitech.info.
• It is your responsibility to respond to any domain name notices within 7 days, failing which we may suspend your domain name. A fee of R50 will be charged to reinstate your domain name.
• Upon expiry of your domain name, it is your responsibility to renew your domain name within 90 days, failing which your domain name may be deleted. It may not be possible to redeem an expired/deleted domain name, or fines may be payable to the registry to reinstate an expired/deleted domain name. We are not liable to you where it is impossible to redeem an expired/deleted domain name or for any fines payable to reinstate an expired/deleted domain.
• Subject to compatibility with our services/infrastructure, we may be able to transfer your existing website and/or e-mail accounts from your current host to our servers free of charge. This is a courtesy. We offer no guarantees.
• Transfers away from us are subject to a transfer fee of R150 (which includes a full backup of your website). If your domain name is within 3 months of expiry, you may need to renew your domain name before you can transfer it. The entire renewal will be transferred to your new host.
• Propagation of a new/renewed/transferred domain name over the internet may take up to 48 hours. Some services may not work properly until your domain name has fully propagated. Where possible, we will provide temporary access to your control panel and a temporary URL for setting up your website.
