E-mail to me bounce with "mailbox full" error
The information in this article applies to Outlook 2010.
This often happens if Outlook is configured to leave a copy of your messages on your e-mail server.
- In Outlook, click File > Account Settings > Account Settings
- Double click your e-mail account
- Click More Settings > Advanced
- Disable the option "Leave a copy of messages on the server"
