Check your Send/Receive Groups.

• Click the Send/Receive tab followed by the Send/Receive Groups button.

• Click Define Send/Receive Groups.

• Click Edit.

• Click to select your e-mail account. Make sure "Include the selected account in this group" is checked.

• Click OK.
